About this look. It felt really good going back to having feelings of high school days. This was the look you wear on game day at your 10-year class reunion. All sparkly, and classy, and varsity like, okay? Other than that, I wasn’t so happy with this look. I should have warned you, a moment of honesty was coming. Yes, this is my least favorite look. I liked it in real life, I’m not a fan of how it delivered in pictures. In addition, I have lost some weight and all of my pieces were too big. Other than the blue here, I was feeling pretty darn blue as well. Oh, another rant, I should have done my part in the middle with a ponytail. With those adjustments, I feel the look would have been much cleaner than it appears in these pictures. I guess that was another expectation and area of transparency as a blogger, admitting when you don’t care for your own look.
Now, what I love about this look, I love the midnight blues and baby blue touch. It’s such a clean color canvas to look at. I wanted to wear very little jewelry while keeping this look bedazzled and dressed up. ASOS helped with that. This navy sweater was perfectly embellished for my Eloquii sequin bottoms and fur sleeves. Then to add more excitement to this outfit, I made it a true monochromatic look, with my sexy baby blue Steve Madden pumps. I’m shining bright like the diamond I am from head to toe. I’m totally jacket twining with my varsity mascot, Libby Katelyn. She is truly the best Maltese a girl could have. I love her to pieces. (whispers) Can you believe she’s 77 years old? I know, totally doesn’t look her age. You are no prisoner of your body, so walk the runway fiercely and fearlessly. See you next runway!
