Spring apparently don't mess with us like that anymore. According to Instagram, I wasn't the only one surprised to see snow in the forecast. It was a bother, but let's just call me an opportunist in this instance. After attempting to throw a temper tantrum about the weather, a light bulb went off over my head and I turned that frown into a smile. I was so giddy to wear my scarf and boots (Click Here) . Open toe boots are such a problem for me in harsh winter and it was looking unfavorable to wear this look with my Zara scarf I bought in late November, so the opportunity presented itself once again.
