Fireworking SheIn

Happy 4th guys!!!   I hope you liked my all white dress I decided to sport on this Independence Day.  Today being the fourth, you know grilling, fireworks & loud music are the ways we celebrate, while at the same time jazzing it all up with a cute fit. This SheIn dress is absolutely perfect. It is such an easy wear. Its closure is a back zipper, which is awesome because I don’t have to worry about constantly tightening my belt to keep this wrapped ensemble closed and classy. Figure 8 in Fringe… Skinny Ain’t My Thang

  What happens when Claire Sulmers, Founder of Fashionbombdaily.com, lists you as Chicago’s Top 10 Fashion “Bomb Bloggers”? Then to add an even bigger reward she invites you to sip and shop with her during her Cocktails with Claire event. OMG the first thought is WHAT TO WEAR! Now let’s put something into perspective, Claire is a fashionista anointed by the fashion gods honey. So me being Shenell, I was definitely on make an impression- kill em mode. Bohemian In The City

  To style this look was crazy for me. What many of you don’t know is, I struggle with putting together casual pieces and still feel trendy. In my personal life, dresses and stilettos make me feel like the best me as a blogger. I typically don’t allow myself too much casual freedom (a natural challenge). There was a particular day Chicago’s weather had me feeling real free and out of my comfort zone. These feelings came at the perfect time, because it summoned me to tap into my Bohemian style sense.
