Street and Styled

Hey Girl!!! Happy Friday to you!

How many of you find yourselves up late at night because your creativity is roaming? I do it all the time! When there’s a vision, I can’t rest until it manifests. I gotta admit, this is with fashion, and when God is downloading in me a treasured word. So, any random day, I may find myself up at 2-3-4 in the am, writing or pulling things out of my closet. This thing you see is my heart.

This is yet another look that defines me. I love giving you guys so much to see at once. If you’re not mixing and juxtaposing your fashion, you need to. Fashion is all about range. I was aiming for a more distinct street style visual. When I think of street style, I define it as two or more distinct visual concepts merging, that don’t necessarily narrate what style direction a person is going with or where they’re going in a particular look. The wardrobe is theoretically undefined because it pursues individuality. Fashion of this magnitude is subversive to trend but yet so fashionably savvy, it itself becomes a trend. My addiction to street style is relentless.

I stand here before you wearing polka dots, zigzag, and a newspaper printed blazer. Do you need any more prints, darling? This is where the merging of art and shapes are visually quintessential in street style. Patterns is where the narration happens. Textile renders your 3D trajectory. My knees are peaking through shreds of panels on the skirt. I stand 4 more inches taller in a pair of bunny rabbit tailed pumps. I have accessorized with a ball cap and utility belt. At this point, a person dressed like this could be going anywhere, but as for me, I’m going where the creatives are and the unique are welcomed.
